Similar to the Hoovervilles of the Great Depression, Trump Towns are any collection of homeless encampments, often in public areas of a city or town.

Geez, that Trump Town in City Plaza has really grown in size lately, hasn't it?

Trumptonite 

A new element in the periodic table with atomic number of infinity. It's a beautiful number, in fact its the best of all known elements in the universe, except for gold. Because gold is shiny and pretty. The primary and only known use of Trumptonite is to endorse political candidates.

Side effects of coming into possession of Trumptonite are to torpedo an election campaign and/or the reputation of public figures because it weighs so much.

One atom of Trumptonite weighs more than anything else (vagueness intentional) anywhere, ever.

Trump endorsed a candidate for U.S. Senate and now that candidate's campaign is covered in Trumptonite which is why the lost their election.
