a mixture of the words troubles and problems, it is used when the speaker makes a last minute change between these words and slurs them together. this can also be used just to sound cool...

The word vomit that results in a loss of identification between the word "trouble" and the word "problem". Usage is often spur of the moment and unintentional, but is able to adequately convey the intended message nonetheless.
