A man that sinks 10 cold ones a night on weekdays. Easy way to see if you have a tony chauncey in your workplace is by watching him smoke his vape you will see his hands shaking more and more as he gets closer to his mouth, this is due to the excessive amount of alcohol he drinks on weekends therefore when he comes to work on a Monday he is well and truly coming down from the clouds.
