To thickroll is to send someone a link to KSI's song "Thick of it" in order to prank them. The name comes from the words "thick" and "rickroll"

The cost of having a technician attend your house or workplace only to reveal that you did not have the device plugged in or the switch in the on position.

The TV was busted but when the repairman came out he discovered the TV was not plugged in. Of course he had to charge me the truckroll.

A general version of the "Rickroll" in which a website appears to provide a relevant hyperlink, but the link actually takes the user to a useless, looping video.

On April Fool's day, I got trickrolled twice to a video clip of Al Pacino yelling in the movie where he plays Satan!
