1.When someone says something stupid and you slap the back of your neck. (Or vice versa )
2.When someone tries to diss you (or say you will mess up on something ) and they either fail or are wrong, you slap the back of their neck. (Or vice versa )
3.When someone violates or rejects you successfully, you then slap the back of your own neck.

"Swinging the neck" involves metaphorically, and only sometimes literally, giving an allied League of Legends summoner oral sex to make them feel good and boost their confidence on the rift.

This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
