A movie based on the Doctor Seuss book, most likely inspired by the sucess of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. A generally unfunny movie, however there are a few moments that make you really laugh hard.

Once you start rhyming, to not be able to stop. You won't intend on this, it just happens.
I was being a smartass the other day, rhyming everything. An hour later, I came down with Cat in the Hat Syndrome.

Cat in the hat 

The act of jizzing on a face and placing freshly shaved pubic hair over it, resembling fur. Optionally a hat can be placed on the "receiver's" head to form a cat in the hat.
