Tbilisi 

The capital of the Republic of Georgia, South Caucasus, for more than 1,500 years. A warm city with the most welcoming people in the whole Former Soviet Union. The major hub of cultural diversity and international trade since ancient times. Nowadays, it is hoped, a role-model of democracy for the rest of the oppressed Former Soviet Union republics.

Tbilisite 

Tbilisite is a person who lives, resides in the City of Tbilisi. Even though the English suffix "-ian" is more used (e.g. Tbilisian), "Tbilisite" can be used to describe people from this town.

Some may say that tbilisites prefer wine over beer.

I am a real tbilisite, I was born and raised in Tbilisi, Georgia.
