adjective: habitually delaying or delayed beyond the right or expected time. Can be used interchangeably with late as fuck.

Person 1: It's 3 o'clock in the morning, what are you doing here?
Person 2: Oh sorry I'm tabar man, there was traffic.
Person 1: Uhh...the party started at 7, two days ago.
Person 2: Oh for sure.
