Young male usually affiliated with Edwardes college Peshawar, who adopts a form of westernization understood through pop culture.
Other definitions crowd sourced A person : male with a questionable fashion sense who looks out of place where ever he is.
The term is meant as perjorative put down of a group mocked entitled teenagers.

They were historically found in the Saddar area of Peshawar but have migrated west as the city has grown. Now found speed racing in Hayatabad
