An informal substitute for all three correct variations of their/they're/there.

Ther is useful for people who are A) too lazy to type the formally correct word, B) don't know the difference between the formally correct words, C) type too fast to type the formally correct words, or D) frequently misuse and mix up the formally correct words.

Ther is comprised of the four letters common to all three formally correct variations.

Ther (their) boat is anchored out ther (there) while ther (they're) swimming.

The (Th ee) RobbieV.: Robert M.V. in 2007/2008 became an instant super star his rookie year as a San Jose State Spartan hockey player. Said to be the next "Great One" to lead the SJSU ice hockey team to an ACHA National Championship. To be "TheR.V." is to show great leadership, skill, attitude, kindness, personality, ladies man, and all around nice guy. Shows much pride and dedication to anything the mind is put the test too. To be "TheR.V." is to be just an all around BAD ASS!

One of them ther' gopher-dogs

The singular form a a ground-burrowing mammal that is reminiscient of a woodchuck or meerkat.

Two kids were watching the Discovery Channel on television when a Meerkat came onto the screen. One kid said,"Hey look! It's a meerkat."
The second, who wasn't paying attention, turned to the tv and spotted the animal and said,"Hey! Ain't that one of them ther' gopher dogs?"
