Bob replied: “That’s an interesting observation, Alice. So you’re saying that these people are fast, but they use their speed to be thorough and careful, not just to be first?”

Alice responded: “Exactly, Bob. They’re not rushing just to be fast. They’re using their speed to be efficient and pay close attention to detail. It’s like they’re balancing speed with quality and precision.”

Bob replied: “I see what you mean, Alice. So, even though they’re moving quickly, they’re still being very careful and thorough in what they’re doing. That’s a valuable skill to have in many situations, like work tasks or decision-making.”

Alice said: “Yes, Bob, that’s exactly what I meant. It’s about being quick without compromising on the quality of work or decision. It’s quite an admirable trait, don’t you think?”

Bob replied: “Absolutely, Alice. It’s a great balance of speed and precision. It’s definitely something to aspire to.”

Sustainatarian 

Broadly speaking, the term sustainatarian applies to decision-making based on principles of environmental sustainability and fairness to both humans and animals.

Different than a vegetarian (who may eat factory-farmed dairy), or a vegan (who will not eat animal products of any kind) a "sustainatarian" is a person who eats a mostly plant-based diet with occasional sustainable meat, meaning that it is locally and humanely raised. The term also refers to buying fair trade, organic, recycled, reused and/or reusable food, clothing and consumer goods wherever there is a choice.

"Being a strict sustainatarian, I only buy beef if I can get it from pastured cows raised comfortably on a local small-scale farm".
