The act of shitting to create an arousing smell which appeals to one's partner. This is most common within couples with Hyperosmia (A condition which causes a hypersensitive smell).
Person 1: "It really turns me on when my partner does a Stimkey."
Person 2: "I dont see the attractiveness of it."
Person 1: "Yeah, you wouldn't understand as I have Hyperosmia, so I can smell more!"
