If somebody is drunk *and* high at the same time and talks about the smartest stuff ever, like politics, philosophy etc. Yapping.

Someone: "He is really high, and drunk and talks about alot of interesting stuff."
Someone else: "He's really high and drung, he's yapping about cool stuff."
Me: "He's statudeed."

As you see, it can shorten alot.

When a person cannot properly move after having stand up for a too long time.

Example :

Damn dude ! We waited 8 hours on Times Square to see the fireworks. When we left I could not move. My legs where so heavy and my back was locked. I was statufied !
