Staff Ass 

Short for Staff Assistant. Staff Ass is a Washington insider term to refer to the young, hot, female, low level employees that are commonplace in the offices of most male members of Congress. Staff Ass are often looking to climb the career ladder in politics, and therefor easy scores for higher ranking Congressional staffers.

The term first came to prominence when used by the notorious Washingtonienne.

Staff Assist

What is called over the intercom when a patient acts extremely unsafe or disruptive at the psych ward and they need extra help to deal with the situation. When the situation is extra dire, a "staff assist with security" may be called.

Roman: "Man, that dude is going absolutely insane. We'd better call for a staff assist!"

Mike: "With security?!"

Roman: "Yes!"

After six months of work on this project, my boss signed off on it. Now its two weeks later and we find out that we were working off the wrong specification. So now I've got to go stuff shit back into my ass.
