A hand gesture used to pleasure a woman. Originated from a gesture made on the television show "Star Trek" and also originates from another gesture called "The Shocker."

Carl - "Man why is Anna waling so funny today?"

Shane - "It's cuz i gave her the Spokinator."

the action of using your bicycle as a mode of transportation and or a person who uses their bicycle as the sole mode of transportation.

Sally decided to go spokin' when there was a ton of traffic downtown, got there in half the time.
