Spaccy

Basically just very weird. It doesn't make much sense. Not spazzy or spasticated or anything. It just means that, however your trying to describe something or someone. It's not quite a real explanation nor word. It's just .. existing. ?

"sorry, I can explain it. My words come out a little spaccy"
