An adjective describing someone who is trying to be nice but it isn't working out.

Someone: "Hey you shouldn't feel bad, your shirt is really cool."
Someone else: "You're being really soructional right now."

Integral to both the structure and function of an object. Originally used to discribe nitrogenous bases in the DNA double helix it has come to describe a wide variety of biologically important molecules.

In biology: Nitrogenous bases are critically important structional components of the DNA double helix.

In manufacturing: The rungs of a ladder strunctionally support its purpose.

Solutional 

To offer up solutions that bend the bounds of law but do not necessarily break them.

Riding on the berm during a traffic jam would be "getting solutional."
