To tell bold faced lies to a large audience of people who believe in you, fully knowing that your going to screw them over in the end.

Employee: "I can't believe that our CEO just got away with telling the entire company that our future is secure; we all know that he just sold all of his stock, it was on MSNBC!"

Employee 2: "What a Sneaky Obama, we're pretty much screwed aren't we?"
