When a Respected manager or supervisor stands up for a younger employee helping preserve their employment. They are able to see the good in people and lend a hand when needed. If assisted by their help, the debt lasts a light time.

After having several conversations and earning a common respect for the young employee. When asked “if it would be easier to cut ties” by senior management. Cris was a smokejumper for Matt. He dropped in dropped into a complete forest fire and was able to preserve his career. Leaving Matt with a debt that could never be paid.
