A powerful word to be used in polite company in place of a traditional (four part) swear word. Can be said forcefully. Refers to the prior Yugoslav president Slobodan Milošević who was evil and convicted of war crimes in the destruction of the former Yugoslavia.

When the guy ran into the back of my car I threw my hands in the air and yelled out "slobadonmilosovich!!"
