A skullett is the stupid bald man's hopeless (& more hideous) version of the dumbass redneck's mullett.

Long and stringy in back, chrome dome up top. Nothing left to comb-over.

If you want to see a skullett in its natural habitat, go to any NASCAR event and enjoy...only don't make fun, as he usually only has an 8th grade education and is very drunk and has lost his ability to reason, hence thinking the skullett is a cool hairstyle.

At times, people may grow out the back in mullet fashion in order to compensate, others may keep what is left high and tight in military fashion, there are also other who have a comb-over to try to cover it. All in all, it's a strong receding hairline that calls attention to itself.

See that gentleman in the corner booth, he may deny it, but he has a prominent skullet.

This subspecies of mullet refuses to let go of its cherished plumage. Too many years of Pabst Blue Ribbon and 7-11 hookers have made this mullet confused and nonsensical. What isn't on top, it more than makes up for in the back. It keeps its locks locked-up in a ponytail for good luck and to keep the chicks hot
