Telling them they are looking "so hot" now that they have lost weight is dangerous and irresponsible, nobody wants to fuck a praying mantis, unless they have a death wish.
This condition is glamourised by the popular media and celebrities such as Lara Flynn Boyle & Calista Flockhart
