Billy Joel looks uncannily like da "Rambo" actor, plus of course he is known for writing awesome music, as well. But I cannot see his soft-spoken-and-gentle self actually shouting, "Stop! Or my mom will shoot!", so I kinda doubt dat he would ever be an "Alan Sylvestri Stallone" movie-figure.
