Shy one
When trying to shit. A poo that asks to come out but then refuses to emerge when you sit on the toilet and relax your hole. Not to be confused with constipation which is often characterized by the lack of urge to sit on the toilet.
Oh noooo, not again! this is the third time I've had to sit on the toilet in an hour and it still wont come out. I hate it when I have a shy one.

1. anyone who has let a person into their life, heart, etc. who has royally fucked their shit up _ and now has a cold,bitter,playa heart for any new relationship
2. to be emotionally-raped so badly that the free world must pay for the afflicted persons pain; all new prospects will undoubtedly suffer.
3. When you can't forgive or trust anyone (even the smallest injustice)
4. To shut out anyone you might actually have a shot with due to past hurts and/or past mistakes
5. Being alone for the rest of your life

Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
