Shiptard
A term used to describe U.S. Navy sailors off of ships when in port on a naval base by the shore duty personnel. They are stupid, ignorant, rude, loud, and obnoxious. They go out into the town outside the base, get drunk, rape foreign girls and cause international incidents like bar fights, murders, and shoplifting which causes the base to look bad. The shore personnel look forward to their deployments and pray they will stay the fuck underway.
Bryan: Hey Chris, wanna go out into town tonight and get somethin to eat, then maybe hit up the bars?
Chris: Nah, fuck that noise, the shiptards are back in town, it's gonna be a sausage fest out there

Noun, pejorative. Derived from “Shqiptar” meaning of Albanian descent.
Used to describe someone who demonstrates in exaggerated form the national traits of Albania, such as a fixation on the existence of so-called greater Albania, a propensity to grand theft auto, etc.
