A condition in which someone is unable to control their bowel movements when under stress or with increasing blood pressure while sleeping.

Guy#1: Dude, I can't stand sleeping next to Brandon. He has shitzphonia.

Guy#2: I know man. He gets nightmares all the time and shits himself in his sleep.

shitaphobia

A mental disorder in which the diseased is irrationally afraid of giant shits. It is caused by a gland in the brain called the 'shitpola'. the shitopola releases a chemical called 'crapogen'. This is what causes you to decide not to eat, touch, or taste shit. Shitaphobia is caused when the shitopola releases too much crapogen to the brain

mom: son, you should go to the washroom, its been almost a week.
son: NOOO! PLS! I cant! Im gona get a heart attack if i see another shit! theyr so scary.
mom: (thinking) *holy shit my son might have shitaphobia*
mom: son, if you dont take a dump soon, ur insides will explode.
