The superlative for all things crappy. It's something that sucks so bad it can't just be shitty. It has to be a clean reference to crap, refer to where fecal matter originates, and then finally be shitty.

Dude #1: Hey, did you go to the open mic last night at the Double Play Lounge? I heard it was pretty good.

Dude #2: Nah, who told you that? It totally sucked, no talent at all, i mean really, it was poo ass shitty!
