This occurs when you take a shit that feels so good that you zone out for a few minutes. Maybe your eyes go crossed and you get a tingly sensation on the back of your neck, along with some goosebumps. You've just been shitnotized.

I woke up one morning, went in the bathroom to get shitnotized, then took a shower.
