Shit cycle 

The specific time within a 24-hour intestinal cycle in which one has to take a dump. Similar to the body's greater circadian rhythm, but specific to the bowels distinct time of excreting.

Ever since I started staying up later, my body has shifted its shit cycle to end around 2am.

When you have to play a road game(poop in a public restroom) and 4 these next 4 things all go right to make it comfortable experience.

1. Cold, clean toilet seat(cold so you know no one has sat on it for a while)
2. You have a nice,easy, clean dump(a minute or less)
3. Single wipe(although you go back for a second just to be sure)
4. No one notices you just took a dump at a gas station, no one knocks on the door or enters to pee or shit next to you in a multi stall bathroom

2 guys at a McDonald's.
Guy 1, Dude, I gotta take a shit, be back
Guy 2, damn dude, unplanned road game? Good luck.
Guy 1 is back 90 seconds layer
Guy 2. Damn dude you change your mind or w a s the bathroom closed,nasty?

A largely unpleasant time where numerous bad things happen to you at once.
A 'shit storm' of great intensity.

My girlfriend's pregnant, I think I'm gay, I just got fired, my car's been impounded, my house is on fire, I think I just killed someone and I have a crazy rash on my johnson.
