Sheepdogs

A slang term for the enforcers and systems that keep society’s sheep in line from police to bureaucrats to regulators.
They patrol the pasture, barking when anyone strays from the approved path, keeping the flock moving in sync with the rules.

Every time someone questions a rule, the sheepdogs come barking.

An epic bearded band formally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (that's in Canada!) who were the first unsigned band to grace the cover of The Rolling Stone in 2011. They pretty much fuckin' rock!

Full Sheepdog

Living, breathing and bleeding all things law enforcement or military. Wears tactical clothing outside of work, gets tattoos related to being a protector. Never shuts off cop mode. Also seen heavily in police and military impersonators trying desperately to over compensate for the fact that they are not in the aforementioned professions.

Hey did you see Jim the other day? He had someone pulled over on the side of the road in his personal car on his day off. He's gone FULL SHEEPDOG.

1. Certain special people, who watch over the rest of the people. The rest are called sheep. Sheepdogs prevent the 'wolves' or bad people/things from hurting the sheep. Sheepdogs understand violence is sometimes necessary in order to protect the sheep. The sheep really don't like the sheepdog. Sheep prefer to go along their merry way, oblivious to the perils of life. Sheep tolerate sheepdogs' existance in order to keep the wolves away.

1. Police, soldiers, firefighters. A Sheepdog protects sheep from wolves.

The sexual act of dressing a well-fed female in a sheep costume and chasing her around a house and then having sex with her. Howling and bleating are encouraged.

sheepdog high

The stage of an "under-the-influence" experience where one wanders in aimless circles for any given period of time, particularly around an object such as a couch or a table. This sort of perpetual, stoned circling looks much like a sheepdog's constant walk around a herd of animals. One who is affected by a sheepdog high is often too lost in thought (or dopamine) to notice their behavior, and therefore it continues until someone points out how weird they look or until the individual realizes it on their own.

"Greg was totally sheepdog high last night; he wandered around the coffee table for, like, twenty minutes before Steve asked him what the fuck he was doing."

"I got wayyy too baked last night, I kept sheepdoggin' around the living room for no reason."
