When something strange or inexplicable occurs (usually when observer is on a substance), it can be called a "seize up".
When something of an extremely weird nature occurs, it can be called a "horrid seize".
This term was originally coined by the few that got bare stoned in hughberry's forest of wonders back in the day.
"I was on shrooms and i looked up into the sky and there was a Buddha made of clouds. It was a seize up."
"I can't physically move, this is a horrid seize."
