Noun. An earwax hybrid, somewhere between a scab like texture and the normal wax texture or Scax (scab and wax combined).
May be a result of overzealous earpicking

Scax 

The relationship between Family channels Life With Derek characters, Scott and Max. They transpire on the show as crappy boyfriends towards Casey. Thus, leading the fanbase of LWD to believe they belong together. A perfect jerk couple.

Greenfiend03 on youtube was the one to invent Scax.

scaxes 

Scaxes was a pandemic occurring in the British Isles during the Dark Ages. Originally thought to have been introduced to medieval society through vermin, the disease ultimately proliferated through prostitutes performing "shinshe shinshe". Symptoms included large welt-like pustules often swelling up to 2" in diameter before bursting. The resulting release of fluid often drowned the effected in their sleep.

I'm afraid to be the bearer of bad news, but it appears that <medieval person /> has succumbed to scaxes.
