Sangrona 

"Sangrona" for females / "Sangron" for males. In Mexican Spanish dialect, means selfish, rude and/or heavy-handed in a severely negative manner. It is somebody who annoys and burdens people in a most repulsive manner and doesn't seem to care. It is used to describe somebody who is low-class and disrespectful - and is considered a pariah.

Macy es buen sangrona. We haven't spoken in years, so I suggested we talk on the phone. She ignored me. But as soon as she needed something, she called me immediately. And soon after I gave her what she needed, she ended the call. And top of that sent me a text sending me a half-joking insult. She left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I want to continue associating with somebody like that.

Sangronian 

Typically refers to a person born in the seaside town of Blackpool, Lancashire in the UK. It is sometimes also used to refer to people born in Blackpools surrounding areas, such as Lytham and Morcambe.

They were born within a mile of Blackpool Tower, a consummate Sangronian.

Spanish slang meaning cold blooded. Someone who is being a sangron is being mean without thinking about other people’s feelings. Someone who is a sangron (or sangrona for female) is self serving and will hurt people without any remorse.

He’s such a sangron that he ignored me in front of his cool friends.

Sangron 

Spanish slang language word that means over-bearing and effeminate. Other definitions include excessive softness, delicacy, and self-indulgence. Literal definition come from the word "sangre" or blood. Someone who is a "sangron" is one who has "heavy blood" in an effeminate way, meaning mannerisms and excessive 'softness' are played out in certain circumstances.

Pedro responded to his friend's questions about his whereabouts in a "sangron" way by raising the tone of his voice, bending and wiggling his body, and flipping his hair.

Usually in type with a heavier set man. The name means "to be with the pole" thus making sandronamo a male stripper (of a gay club). This person is very friendly but usually made fun of by his close ones in good fun.
