The official acronym for the Shitty Sony Universe, where a generally subpar Spider-Man cinematic universe operates non-canonically and separately from Disney's Marvel Cinematic Universe, aka the MCU. Although crossovers with the MCU can happen on rare occasions, this is only done under very strict supervision by Disney's Marvel Studios to prevent glaring quality control issues and to maintain the MCU's canonical integrity.

What a terrible movie, I can't believe I got suckered into watching Morbius; this is the last SSU film that I'll ever watch!
