a tiny beautiful girl who does her make up really good usually is funny and the kind of person who will give good advice, although her parents might have been on extacy when they named her, shes an all around pretty, funny, good girl.

Pronounced "rough angels" this is an adjective describing a person, typically male, who is over-sensitive and gives too much. He isn't confident of himself and is typically a virgin, always looking for a girlfriend. He has bad luck with woman as he's always smothering them.

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
