Pronounced "rough angels" this is an adjective describing a person, typically male, who is over-sensitive and gives too much. He isn't confident of himself and is typically a virgin, always looking for a girlfriend. He has bad luck with woman as he's always smothering them.

"I liked Chung until he became such a rofangel that I had to rid of him! He wouldn't stop texting and calling me!"
