Riddikulus

The Boggart-Banishing Spell is a charm that is used in defence against a Boggart. It causes the creature to assume a form that is humorous to the caster, along with a whip-crack noise, thereby counteracting the Boggart's ability to terrorise.
The caster must think of something funny while casting this spell. As boggarts feed on fear and are defeated by laughter, the object of the spell, ultimately is to make the boggart laughable.

Thanks to the riddikulus charm one can laugh at their worst fears.

an amazing woman. smart and short. has an amazing body and on point makeup skills. her fashion sense is totally in right now. she makes everyone so happy. typically has a silly laugh. she cares about everyone that cares about her. even though her beautiful unique name means tears the tears she does cry are usually out of love for another person or a person she cares deeply about is hurt and in pain. the love she has for people is unconditional. her smile lights up the room as soon as she walks in.

riddikulus

Synonymous with the common English word "ridiculous." Meaning absurd, preposterous, laughable.

This word is commonly used by fans of the best-selling book series, Harry Potter. Riddikulus is the spell used to transform a boggart into something less fear-inducing. Professor R.J. Lupin taught this incantation to Harry Potter and his classmates in Defense Against the Dark Arts during their 3rd year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Lame person 1: I've stopped reading Harry Potter. I couldn't get into the plot.
Cool person 1: Are you sirius? That's riddikulus! It's impossible not to be drawn to the plot!

Person 1: Did you see Ron Weasley's dress robes at the Yule Ball?
Person 2: Yeah. He must've felt riddikulus.
