An infectious disease which causes the
victim to frequently act in an extremely retarded manner, may it be in the form of making whale noises while
clapping their hands like a seal, or staring at the ceiling while drooling helplessly and laughing as if possessed.
Symptoms include, but are not limited to:
* Wailing making whale noises
* Suddenly yelling 'Iowa' in an extremely retarded manner
* Laughing helplessly after making a bad joke or thinking about something remotely dark
* Acting
autistic in public
* Making weird noises which include, but are not limited to, 'IOWAAAA', 'HUEEEEE', 'KEKKEKKEK' etc.
