Someone who creates a personal email, sends it to a friend, and then resends the same note to another friend - without indicating it's "used."

Usually the tender resender's motives are innocent - but this behaviour is perceived as tacky.

Jen loved Bill's email, but felt weird when she found out Gabby received the same note. She didn't know Bill was a "tender resender."

The government act of trying to convince people that they are neither male nor female, and thus creating a measurable percentage of the population that are changing their genders to be politically appropriate.
