The surname of the famous Officer Raccent, a temperamental Agent who lost his mind during a tricky case involving three missing teenagers and a UFO sighting. He is known for his violent outbursts and love of justice. He is married to his wife Lesley, has two children named Bethlehem and Jerusalem, and owns a dog named Horse.

Make sure you pay for that apple, or Raccent will hunt you down.

rackcent 

A condition that afflicts well-endowed female speakers. It prevents male (and sometimes female) listeners from comprehending what is said due to their complete fixation on the speaker's breasts, or rack.

Busty woman: "Excuse me, but could you direct me to Main Street?"
Enthralled man: "I'm sorry, could you repeat that, please? I'm having trouble with your rackcent."
