The exercise you get when going to and from the refrigerator during a pandemic.

My wife asked me to do yoga with her to get some exercise instead of laying on the couch all day. I told her I get my Quarancardio every time I go for another beer.

When you can't go anywhere on vacation because of a pandemic, so you find a place alone: quarantine + vacation = quarencation

Robert's R & R retreat to the Kripalu Center was canceled due to concerns of the Coronavirus pandemic, so he rented an AirBnB in upstate New York where he'll be on a quarancation.
