Ptqfn

Ptqfn isn’t an actual abbreviation. It was made up by Courtney Miller in the Smosh comedy sketch “Every MEME every”.

She says;
Courtney: “PTQFN, your dad is hilarious!”
In my opinion it most likely means “Pardon the quite foreword notion”
So the sentence (in my mind) would then be. ‘Pardon the quite foreword notion, your dad is hilarious!’ which makes sense for the most part.

Olivia: “Pardon the quite foreword notion(PTQFN), but those pants are gorgeous!”
Tim: “Oh-, Thanks girl!”

A keyboard combination that involves every fifth letter key on the keyboard starting from "p" until "z", going from right to left from each row.
