Pricelocked 

When you need to do something and its pricelocked no matter what I do I cannot move and or change and or adjust the pricelock

When trying to edit a resume the saving function and edit functionality was pricelocked on old settings which couldn't be updated no matter what I do.

Pricelock

Verb. to pricelock, pricelocking, pricelocked - A portmanteau of "Price is Right" and "Matlock" and refers to napping done by senior citizens between the end of the Price is Right and before Matlock. It is commonly used with younger people who fall asleep unexpectedly during social gatherings, usually during the day or early evening.
