Prescuse

Stating excuses before hand. A pre-explanation of sorts, most times will be subtle and short. Differs from an excuse, because it will occur before imminent failure or defeat.
Brandon: "Hey wanna go play some basketball"
Chris: "Sure, lets go"

(on the walk over)

Chris: "Yeah, so my wrist was acting weird yesterday"
Brandon: "Prescuses, Prescuses!"
