n. Alternate spelling of power dyke. Refers to a member of an elitist lesbian clique, esp. those with a lot of in-group sex/dating. Powerdykes tend to be sexually linked to each other within two or three degrees of separation.
Although most powerdykes are butch, some controversy exists over inclusion of others in the definition. This is a paticularly notable issue among the femme and bisexual girlfriends of powerdykes. Powerdykes are simply dykes who make their bitchiness and malice known and times it by 10. And no one does anything about it is because arguing with them is like scratching nails on a chalk board, IT'S PAINFULL and It doesn't go anywhere. They would use anything to get control of the situation. Like accusing you of sexism like an SJW, but unlike an SJW they don't believe in the cause they just do it for whatever gain whatever gain they are in.
