A Pookachu, in not at all related to the popular Pokémon anime syndication though casual observers may think it appears so due to the similarity of spelling and diction, Rather, a Pookachu is a feminine noun indicative of one who possesses an abnormally well developed sense of empathy coupled with an unmistakeable degree of passion, devotion, and commitment for her singular universal soulmate. Extremely rare in nature, she is evidenced by unbreakable dedication, impossible devotion, steamy sexuality, and a tireless commitment to being a true lady in the manner exemmpkified by women in the United States during the first half of 20th century America.

Apparently it's something that can DISTRACT EVERYONE ON THE INTERNET FOR 24HOURS... A DISTRACTION of SORT

LOVING WORDS

POLKATUDIOUS is in effect the ACT of INSTIGATING the DISTRACTION of Phrase or Words that Distracts the Entire WORLD WIDE WEB & gets EVERYONE talking about something completely Bogus or Unrelated .

I find words can be almost a POLKATUDE Exceptions to this rule are there are none!
