The act of inserting one's thumb up your sexual partner's rectal cavity.....pulling it out ....proceeding to dot them on the forehead with said thumb. If not enough fecal matter, reinsert with a longer finger, and do not rinse, but repeat.

The result is your partner having a "poo dot", and looking like Gandhi.
