To educate pledges in a fraternal organization so that they can become fratty. The act of pledgucating usually walks a fine line between hazing and transforming pledges into cool and tough men.

I'm going to pledgucate the shit out of him so that he can be a fratstar like myself.

Placated 

Somebody that keeps turning everybody else against each other to keep everybody mad, but not mad at them.

She wouldn't let anybody get mad directly at her, instead she tried to get everybody to take their anger out on each other. That was how she kept everyone else placated.
