Piquete 

Noun. In Puerto Rico, and now widely used in other Latin countries where reggetton and Latin trap music is popular, means or is used to refer to a person who has flair, stylishness, attitude, a nice flow.

"Pero es que tú, chica, con ese piquete

piquetero

Spanish for "picketer", the term has come to refer in English mainly to the Argentine unemployed workers' movement who have spearheaded repeated waves of protest involving blocking and barricading roads. The term is now sometimes used for those who use similar tactics, even in non-Spanish-speaking countries.

The piqueteros responded to the IMF visit by blocking roads across the capital and marching on the central bank building, where they clashed with police.
