A person or persons who extort or rips off a vulnerable person in the UK who receives the personal Independence Payment benefit for their disability due to mental or physical problems.

Did you see that crafty Piphunter pretending to care for that poor guy with the mental age of a child just waiting for his PIP to go into his bank account at the end of the month?

And then trick him into handing over all or most of his money which he needs to live on for the whole month only to spend the whole lot on hard drugs, brooze etc, every month this happens I always see him broke skint hungry crying in the street saying it's not my fault the poor guy. What total scumbags

Poohunter is a somewhat mythical character from Blizzard's Starcraft 2 forums. Usually he is portrayed as a "terran" who make nonsensical comments about nothing.

He is known for ignoring obvious game issues and complaining about things that are not real.
